Lauren’s background in consulting and development was honed at Aon and furthered as part of the leadership team of The McTigue Financial Group of Northwestern Mutual. Most recently, she has been coaching and developing eager clients in the financial, human resources and real estate fields.
She attended Miami University in Ohio where she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Business focusing on organizational leadership and marketing. Lauren went on to complete her Masters in Organizational Leadership in 2009. She holds coaching certifications from various companies as well.
Lauren lives in Elmhurst, IL with her husband and daughters.
